What is and is not included in the retreat price?

I’ve made a complete list of what is and is not included at the bottom of the Rooms & Pricing page, here.

How are we going to travel to and from Tara Nature Retreat from Rome Airport? And to and from the other actitivies?

Via 2 rental cars! Erica and I will be your 2 retreat drivers… we will get you to & from the airport and to the optional excursions in 2 large rental cars. If for some reason you must arrive or depart from Rome at a different time, please see this page for info about how to get to Todi via bus from Rome (and we can pick you up in Todi!).

Please pack consciously (no super large rolling bags please), so there’s plenty of space for everyone’s luggage. Thanks!

Which flights do you suggest I book?

Our rental cars will be arranged around these arriving & departing flights…

Arrival flight on Tuesday, July 14: Please book ITA Airways flight AZ107 departing at 11:55 from Amsterdam, arriving Rome (FCO) at 14:10.

Departure flight on Sunday, July 19: Please book ITA Airways flight AZ 110 departing Rome (FCO) at 14:35, arriving Amsterdam at 17:05.

Alternatively, you’re always welcome to arrive earlier or stay later in Italy after the retreat, but if you’d like to join our group transport from Rome to Tara, you’ll need to be at the airport on Tuesday at 14:30, and you will be dropped back to the airport on Sunday around 12:30.
